News:December 20, 2000What AirSofter wouldn't sacrifice a body part for one of these bad boys? If you can find one (they're out of production) you'll probably pay enough that you wish you could give up a body part instead. For those of us who can only dream of owning one, Team TANGO has posted a review and images of one they acquired.

The Tansformers Movie has made it to DVD. This is the original US movie featuring the voices of Leonard Nimoy, Eric Idle, and more, as well as a song by Weird Al Yankovic. For those of you who haven't seen it, this movie revealed the change-over from Optimus Prime to Ultra Magnus as leader of the Autobots. Special features include images of original storyborads and remastered sound.

N2 Toys, makers of The Matrix and Mad Max figures, has procured licensing to make figures of Rambo and Steven Segal. Rumor has it that they are also in negotiations to secure the rights to produce figures based on Terminator.
McFarlane Toys has announced that they will be producing a large line of figures based on the upcoming CGI movie Shrek. They will also be making a figure of the X-Files' Flukeman, which will be a Collector's Club exclusive. Rumor has it that Pulp Fiction's Jules and Vincent may be set for the new round of Movie Maniacs. Still no word on whether or not we will ever see more Metal Gear Solid figures. Originally it was suppose to be based on whether or not the first series sold well, and then on whether or not there would be another game. Both things have happened, but I have not been able to confirm whether more will actually be produced.
