Knife, Flares & Leg Sheath

This is the Mobile Infantry accessory pouch that holds a Knife and two Flares. Actually, a paint stir was traced and cut out of aluminum. Real knifes were only used at Camp Curie and do not fit into the sheath. The Flares were two Cyalume glow-sticks: one red, one green. Worn at the right hip, behind the Grenade Pouch on the MI armor.

This pouch, as it appeared in SST, differs from the 1990 Eagle Industries stock, as the leg straps are different. The SST style straps can still be ordered, you just have to insure that you state "old style leg straps". The K-Bar knife sheath portion needs to be flush with the lower part of the pouch. Eagle will specialize the pouch for you. The mag pouches secure with quick opening Fastex buckles. The knife sheath with a thumb-release snap. This is the Mag Pouch and Knife Sheath (SAS MP-5/KS).
