Everything shown here are actual film-used props from the 1997 film STARSHIP TROOPERS.
The contents of TrooperPX is part of a single private collection. None of these items are for sale.

This is the Mobile Infantry accessory pouch that holds two Grenades. The grenades that were held by the principal actors were solid resin. These "Hero-grade" grenades were for use close to the camera when the grenade pouch needed to look heavy. They had potentially working spoons and a press-down plastic primmer cap. Since they were never really used in the film, few were made and almost all without a spoon. "A-grade" grenades have a finished rubber skin over foam. They are smooth and have the spoon molded in. "B-grade" grenades, or stunt-grenades, were painted green foam. Worn on the right side, in front of the Thigh Knife Sheath on the MI armor.

This pouch was made by Eagle Industries solely for Starship Troopers. They are not available through the company.

Eagle Reference

Eagle Industries AP-G

Some collectors have modified Eagle's Grenade Accessory Pouch (AP-G), but can not reproduce them accurately. "Neisen Model Design" offers the most accurate reproduction out there. Using exact measurements taken from actual props and using 100% Eagle materials, recreates the Grenade Pouch to a tee!

Johnny's Grenade

This is a solid resin grenade with an aluminum spoon. Primer cap with sliding plunger (on styrene rod-like piston). Thumb-release safety strap. This prop still has orange "Tanker guts" in the cracks and crevasses. It was washed on set between takes.

This is a solid resin grenade without the aluminum spoon. Primer cap with sliding plunger (on styrene rod-like piston), held in "UP" position by a wad of black gaffers tape.
