LAConIII 1996

LAConIII also known as the 51st World Science Fiction Convention (WorldCon 51), was held in Los Angeles, CA. Tri-Star had a booth up advertising Starship Troopers and Men In Black. Two pretty MI Troopers greeted guests and handed out copies on the novel. Some of the usher pins were available as promotions.
